    I will remember this flight for rest of my life! I bought tickets to Warsaw from NYC as a transit passenger.During the flight,polish people push back their seats so closed to me,that I could`t move,I asked them very politely to lower their seats a little bit in order to get up somehow.My God!!! What I`v heard in response it was absolutely unbelievable,they called me names,yelled on me with racist`s words.I called a stewardess to help me, but she was not helpful,just said OK and went.I felt terrible,they offended me for nothing. I had terrible experience with Polish airlines and Polish people.I will avoid Poland,racist Polish people and their airlines forever!!!

    I inform you that on 28 April of this year I departed from Madrid,Spain, to Warsaw by flight LO 0434, after which I was to leave to Yerevan by flight LO 0727.
    In Madrid for unknown reasons the airplane took off two and half hours later than it was to. I had handed my luggage in Madrid whith the condition that I would receive it in Yerevan. When late in the evening the airplane was landing in Warsaw I informed the stewardess that I was a transit passenger. She went to the captain of the airplane and told me that the airplane going from Warsaw to Yerevan was waiting. Having landed successfully I approached to the stewardess once more to learn what to do. She pointed me the representative pavilion of Polish Airlines. I aproveched the representative and latter informed me that the airplane leaving for Yerevan had already taken off and told me that I had to receive my luggage and go to the hotel , so that to fly the next day to Moscow by flight LO 5677, then to Yerevan by flight SU 195. I refused categorically what they said in connection with receiving my luggage, telling that I had handed my luggage so that to receive it in Yerevan. Then there started a quarrel. During it they tore the hotel reservation, wich I had filled in to get, and they told me to go and do whatever I wanted. Having torn the reservation they packed up their things and went away. I stayed alone till the morning without water,food, on stiff chairs. Even the shops were closed and I couldn’t buy water to drink and so I stayed thirsty till the morning. In the morning other people came and this time they started to persuade me to take my luggage in Moscow and to hand it again to receive it in Yerevan. Of course I didn’t agree and new quarrel and new insults started. At 10.45 I left for Moscow, then for Yerevan and in Yerevan I received my luggage. I request and demand to compensate for both moral and material damege for this inhuman treatment, for staying hungry, thirsty , for staying overnight on chairs , for the ill-mannered and brutal treatment of your employees, for such a delay of Madrid – Warsaw LO 0434 airplane.

    For your informacion first of all I want to say that in Yerevan I didn’t recesive any response from you. And as you say your representatives in Madrid and Yerevan that in 26 May I received your response. It is a lie and I am denying it.
    Only for this case, I returned to Spain. I am waiting your response for denunce.
