Travelers using the Transit Without Visa (TWOV) or China Transit Program (CTP), do not require a visa to transit Canada providing they transit directly to/from the USA via Toronto(Terminal 1) or Vancouver and all travel is with Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge or Air Canada Express.
Any intra-Canada segments are considered entering Canada and are therefore not permitted under the TWOV/CTP program. The Traveler must be ticketed, confirmed, and be either through-checked or have available their onward flight?s boarding pass for travel on a non-stop flight to any third country within the same day of arrival and within the scheduled hours of the US In-Transit Pre-Clearance facility (USITPC) as they remain at the facility (in the transit area) during their connection time. Their onward international flight must depart Toronto (Terminal 1) or Vancouver before 24:00 on the day of arrival.

International travelers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are now subject to enhanced security requirements and will be required to pay an administrative fee. All eligible travelers who wish to travel to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorization and pay the required fee.

It is a requirement of the United States and Canadian governments for all travelers holding passports issued by the Philippine government to secure travel Visa's in advance of travel to or through the United States and/or Canada. Failure to not have the required Visa at the time of travel will result in the traveler being denied boarding. This action could also result in a complete loss of the value of the associated airline ticket(s).
Again, it is the responsibility of the traveler to secure the required travel documentation in advance of travel.
February 26, 2013?Canadian, American, and Australian travelers arriving in Argentina at either Ezeiza or Jorge Newberry airports in Buenos Aires are required to pay an entry fee upon arrival in the country. It is now mandatory that the fee be paid in advance online.
If the fee is not paid in advance, and proof of payment is not provided upon arrival, travelers will be denied entry into Argentina.

It is very important to be aware that Secure Flight Passenger Data is NOT an optional entry. Without SFPD, passengers will not be allowed to travel.If you are affected by this, please submit your passenger details immediately if you have not already done so, by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your booking reference, to ensure that we have the full details above. Failure to do so could result in your reservation being canceled by the airline or you being denied boarding at the airport. SFPD must be present in your booking at least 72 hours in advance of flight departure.
