 I don't even bother wasting my time checking prices at the hundreds of other travel sites. When it comes to international travel, I immediately make my booking at vayama.com because I know I'll always get the lowest price Matthew from Portland, Oregon
I recently bought 2 tickets from SFO to MEX, and we were really happy with the price, the service and the whole travel experience through Vayama.
It was just fantastic, we had a great experience using the cool webpage.

Laura Quirarte Just wanted to email and say that I was very impressed with Vayama's
customer service. I booked my flight from SFO to Sydney through the site.
I was originally scheduled to leave on flight UA863, but it was cancelled
unexpectedly. Vayama promptly notified me, to let me know that my flight was cancelled
and that I had been re-booked. I never
received any such notification from United until I attempted to check-in at
the airport. Fortunately, because Vayama had re-booked my flight I was able
to fligh out the next day on what was the best available option (SFO to LA,
LA to Sydney). From other passengers that I talked to, their options were
only to fly on a code-share that involved 2 stopovers or wait until Friday
for the next available flight out. I appreciated this effort to accomodate
me and plan to recommend your site to my friends and family.

Krista I recently had several problems booking tickets through Vayama.com with my credit card. The card company flagged the ticket purchase as possible fraud and the card company would not make an exception in spite of several calls from me personally. I called Vayama and spoke with Paula in customer service and she was extremely helpful. She personally called the credit card company as part of a conference call and though she had to wait on hold for not a small amount of time, she was able to give the company an essential authorization number. When I called later to confirm booking, I spoke with yet another friendly customer service representative. Paula's superb help ensured many future recommendations from me and my future use of Vayama.com. The experience was very reassuring. Sincerely,
