• The Best Price Guarantee is valid for EXACT itinerary matches only. So, if you find a lower price on a reservation for the same dates, travel time, carrier, provider, booking code, hotel (including room type), rental car company, vehicle class or stand-alone product booking (i.e., not part of a hotel/air package), it qualifies.

Are there any restrictions on the lower rate I found for the same itinerary?
• Yes. The comparison rate must be both advertised and available to the general public on a U.S. English-language website. It can’t be a membership program incentive, a corporate discount or special.

Does the Best Price Guarantee apply to itineraries available on “blind booking” websites?
• No, the Best Price Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the carrier, property, rental car company or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase.
