How would this affect my booking with Vayama.com?
This change won’t affect your booking. If you have already booked a flight, hotel or car with a reservation date before February 2021 (date of departure/stay/pick-up), you can continue to access your booking through your “My Trip” account. There you can manage your booking and check for the latest flight information.
You will continue to receive notifications from Vayama.com about any changes or cancellations in regards to your itinerary. Please check the airline's website to see the most accurate and recent information about your flight, including if your flight has been cancelled.
Can I still reach your Customer Service Team?
Yes, our Customer Service Team remains available to assist further inquiries in regards to these reservations. Our team is committed to supporting you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For flights booked on Vayama.com, affected by restrictions due to COVID-19, cancellations and refund procedures will be initiated by our Customer Service Team. You do not need to take any action for this. For more information, please visit our updates page.
