Practical Information

Hong Kong Airlines offers online check-in, allowing passengers to escape the long lines at the airport. Online check-in opens 36 hours before the flight departure. Seat selection is available with this service. Please note that unaccompanied minors are not eligible for online check-in service.

Luggage:

• Business Class allowance is 2 pieces of cabin baggage, maximum size 56 x 36 x 23 (LxWxH) and up to 7 kg. Economy Class is allowed 1 piece.
• Standard weight of hold luggage is 20 kg.

Important notice: Regarding on Business class cabin- US routes

*the following information from Hong Kong Airlines

(Effective September 2018) Infants are not allowed on Hong Kong Airlines' business class routes in North America, on the Airbus A350 which is currently being used to/from LAX/SFO - HKG routes.

Passengers currently holding business class tickets traveling with (an) infant(s), will be downgraded to Economy or Economy Comfort area of the plane, subject to availability.
