What is a 'vayama special fare'?
Per an agreement with some of our airline partners, fares identified as a 'vayama special fare!' cannot identify the specific airline name, arrival and departure times or number of stops until after the booking has been completed. To ensure customer satisfaction, when booking a fare indicated as a 'vayama special fare!', vayama offers one full hour to cancel the reservation for free if not satisfied with the flights and/or times of the booked itinerary.
How do I cancel a 'vayama special fare!' if I don't want it?
Cancellation of a 'vayama special fare!' booking is requested online using the 'cancel trip' button found on the confirmation page displayed immediately after the booking is completed. Once the booking is cancelled, an email confirming the cancellation is sent to the email address provided within the booking. The cancellation can only be done on line and within a 60 minute time window following the completion of the booking. (Important Note: In some cases following cancellation your bank or credit card company may hold the funds associated with the cancelled purchase for 24-72 hours before releasing. This could affect your available purchase balance.)
What is the vayama guarantee program?
The vayama guarantee program allows our users to cancel any 'vayama special fare!' booking for ANY REASON within 60 minutes following the completion of the booking.
