LAN is the worst airline ever!!!
they changed my schedule, costed me an additional 300 $, never answered to my questions, their personal in quito is back-stabbing and extremely unfriendly and then they lost a part of our luggage without refunding!
i should have shitted in the gangway of the airplane!
